Export or delete your data
Download everything, delete a store, or close your account.
- Download everything: Settings › Store › Your data gives you a file with your store, menu and orders.
- Orders are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Delete a store: also under Your data. It removes the store, its menu, orders and devices for good.
- Delete your account: Settings › Account › Delete account. Stores where you're the only owner are deleted too.
Deleting a store also cancels its subscription at PayFast, so you won't be charged again.
