Pay-later orders
Send an order from the Honger order screen now and ring it up on Yoco later.
On the Honger order screen you can send an order to the kitchen before the customer pays. When the payment then comes through on Yoco, Honger links it to that order instead of making a second ticket.
Send it
- Open Orders › New order, add the items and tap Send to kitchen · pay later.
- The order shows as Unpaid under Today.
Take payment
- Under Today, tap the order and then Take payment.
- Ring the same items up on your Yoco machine within 15 minutes. Honger links the sale to the order and marks it paid.
- Paid with cash instead? Tap Paid cash.
To be certain the sale links to the right order, type the order number in the Yoco note, like
#12. That always wins, even without tapping Take payment.If Honger can't tell which order a sale belongs to, it makes a normal ticket, so no order is ever lost.
